Nothing wrong with that Leicester goal. The attacker put the shoulder to shoulder challenge on Allison and then won the ball.

Surely two yellows there for trent. Shirt off when scoring and second for leaving the pitch and going to the crowd to celebrate ?

Jota also sly block of the defender trying to get to trent.

If city, jota's obstruction would have beed called

Interesting time of year. Spurs desperate, at home. Forest fading.

Would be funny if Forest didn’t end up in CL after their fans have given it the big un all season

They were part of the “Champions League - you’ll never sing that” whoppers before we won it

Forest won the European Cup, twice. A totally different competition to the Champions League and as such should not be referred to as a Champions League success.

The Champions League is indeed incorrectly named. It should be called something else.

However, as a competition it requires far more from teams than the old European Cup, which was , quite frankly , crap.

The occasional good game where two top, or in form teams met .

Scouse at Wembley against Brügge were dead lucky to win it, for example (Dalglish).

The very idea that Madrid should be given so much room for winning a competition where they actually invited teams to play in is a joke.

The European Cup needs to be buried in history and archived. Absolutely nothing like the football we see today.

(Best in his heyday turned up pissed for a lot of games). nothing like the fitness levels of the modern game.

I think we finally agree.

You could win the European Cup by winning two games at one point - that’s nothing like the Champions League.

But you also HAD to win your domestic league to be in it. Which made it arguably harder to win

The league winners are still in this Champions League as well.

Not really harder to win if you were champions of the top leagues, or as in scouse case one time , get a bye in the first round and meet minnows all the way to the final

The Cl is "champions plus specially invited friends". Some of whom as we saw this season are in better form than the current champions. A different competition altogether.

0-2 now. Taxi for Ange. We’re going to have to fight all the way for a CL spot.

Why’s he got Maddison and Solanke on the bench?! Has he lost the plot? What’s he saving them for!?

Actually Spurs should have scored at least one goal. Richarlison is useless. Forest look far from world beaters in the second half.

Finally Richarlison makes one count. Hes had enough chances. Too late but Forest have struggled in the second half.
