Kyle Walker burning bridges on way out, saying he would give up a PL title to be in the Spurs squad that won the mighty Europa Cup. What a fucking numbskull.

This would literally be in the firm of a willy waving comp, which he already holds an Olympic gold in.

Theirs a reason his legs went, all the breeding he's done, one too many knee trembles....

Dare i quote Bill Wobbledagger ?

Some are born thick, some achieve thickness and some have thickness thrown upon them

Walker appears to have a natural thickness.

This is a transfer window for the ages. If this all clicks, I think we might be in for something very very special again. The finishing touches are shipping out Kovacic, Grealish, Gundo, Stones, Ake, Walker and maybe maybe maybe bringing in a right back.

Deffo keep Kovacic. He could be needed as cover. The others shouldn't get any game time and hopefully will be moved on

No one seems interested in Grealish, and I’d imagine that’s because of his outrageous £300k-a-week salary.
I suspect it’ll end up being a loan deal — which, in my opinion, is a terrible idea.

Exactly. Especially if as likely we are subsidising his wages. We then may as well keep him because you never know with injuries or if we had a managerial change.

It's then up to Grealish to decide to stay or move permanently elsewhere on presumably a lower wage to facilitate such a move. The choice is his

I remember at one point John Stones was totally out of favour and it was pretty much guaranteed as gone. He ended up getting lucky and getting a run of games, started a great partnership with Dias and reached his expected potential culminating in a staring role in the treble winning team. (He's another that's disappeared off the face of the earth since mostly due to being made of glass).

I'm desperately hoping for a similar tale of redemption for Grealish but think that's even more unlikely unfortunately
