As daft as it sounds, if they stick with him AND give him the players he wants that fit into his ONLY way of playing, he would do well imho. The trouble is, there are not too many of the current crop who fit into that system and he's Not going to change his system. There's fuck all to spend and no buyers for any of the dross that is for sale certainly not at the prices they'd want and the daft wages that they've signed on at. Missing this chumps league with no other European football as a backup is going to have serious consequences. Fucking loving it. I don't think his only way of playing/system works in the Prem. How many managers have tried 3-5-2 now and failed. Pep's tried it and it's not worked. There's too many gaps

Quite funny that they spent a fuck load of money on players suited for a different system, he comes in and hopefully they spend another fuck load on players that the next manager won't use because they don't fit his system.
