Just move Santa on and rotate between Tevez, Ade and new guy.

Yeah I can easily see that. But just a thought really, but perhaps the best will come out of Ade and Carlito knowing they are the main men. They do look very happy at the mo on the pitch. Maybe it's worth not disturbing that and getting one or both in a sulk.

When baconface had his strongest team, he rotated between Cole, York, Sherringham & Solskjaer, all different types of players. He could start with any combination & be just as strong. If we get into the full stages of the Champions league, we HAVE to be able to do the same. Bellamy seems to be a wide player now so I'm counting him as such.
IF RSC is fit he can be a great foil for Tevez or Ade so we need 1 more which could possibly be Balotelli or Ibrahimovic if Mancini stays (assuming cheating Fish head leaves scousers for Barca). Then we can hopefully blood one or two youngsters such as Mak, Nimeley, Guidetti & Ball as well.
If RSC is still carrying injuries then we need to bin him & sign 2 more, one of them a big aerial target man.

In a CL campaign we need at least another 2 strikers, especially given RSC's injury history. Ideally Torres and somebody like Olic who would not expect to play all the games but would really bust a gut.
We keep getting linked with Dzecko but he didnt do much against Fulham did he? Poor man's Crouch anybody?

Yes, U***d did have four top strikers to choose from, but the thing to remember in these cases is that you need two of them to be content playing bit part roles in the side. At U***d, Solskjaer was more than happy to be a supersub and Sherringham was no spring chicken and knew he wouldn't be 1st choice when he signed.
This would not be the case if we signed someone like Torres or Villa. If any one of those strikers or Tevez began being left on the bench with regularity they would want out and rightly so.
We need to find two talented strikers that will know their place in the side if we are letting RSC go. If he is staying, we need to sign maybe a RVN type - extremely talented but coming towards the end of his career.
In an ideal world, we'd have Ade, Torres, Tevez and Villa rotating but there's no fucking chance of two of them playing bit part roles.

Your spot on with this proposed set up - The more I think about it the more it makes sense.
Ade and Tevez do have an understanding and will only get better..bringing in a top top forward can upset that apple cart...the thing is, who can we bring in that will be happy with 3rd choice?

RSC is invaluable in that respect as he won't rock the boat but there are so many games in the champ's league now that it's almost an extra half a season. Add to that a genuine attempt to win the domestic cups rather than 'resting' players & there are easily enough games for 4 strikers.

I think you missed my point there mate. There will be enough games for 4 games of course, but there is no way they will be four of the world's best and be content.
Look at Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and U***d - the former big four - and look at their striking options. Although Rooney has now established himself as a lone striker, Berbaflop was intended to play alongside him as first choice, with Owen (nearing the end of his career but still very talented) as back up, alongside a talented youngster (Marcheda or whatever the hook nosed cunt's name is).
Its the model for champions. Four top class strikers in their prime will upset the balance, no doubt about it.

3 plus RSC or a young prodigy would be enough games for all though, if we're going to try & win each competition.

Maybe Balotelli is the one in mind.
