When you go through the inidividuals there aren't that many you'd think should leave, but we have had an air of lacklustre about us for a lot of the season. Toure needs to step his game up.

zabaleta - don't rate or like him
Ireland - ??? - Thought he was a good player. Would gratefully sign him.
swp - Still might have a decent run out in South Africa, but comes across as a touch greedy
sly - Sylvinho? Nearly as good as Bridge!
garrido - Pass
petrov - Would sign him on a free, although his injury record might not make it a worthwhile deal
RSC - you got tucked up. Totally tucked up.
Toure - see above. With knobs on
all of the loanees apart from hart - Would take Caicedo and Bojinov off your hands (but only with some guarantee the latter would remain injury free). I hear Weiss is on the up.
Adebayor - ????? - On his day, one of the top 5 Prem strikers. Needed the rest of the season off after that attack. Could win the title alongside Tevez next season. No I am not shitting you.
Richards - Yes please.

If I may be so bold, I'd junk your present CB options and start again. Toure and Lescott are not (or are at least no longer) CL quality centre backs.

Granted, they are not two of the best centre halves knocking around but what is a CL quality centre-half?
Even at the group stages there are plenty of CBs worse than Toure and Lescott.
Saying that, we could do with one top quality centre-half with Lescott and Kompany fighting it out to partner the new signing.

We wont be big and "nice" at the same time. If he`s replaced we`ll only get someone else we have to beat. He does as he`s told at the end of the day by the way...Should his boss go as well?
