Besides, why the fuck should we sell one of our players based on how he plays for England??

Our fullbacks are firing on all cylinders, our central midfield appears to be sorted, we just need a tweak or two elsewhere (fucl off Heskey, King and Green)

Heskey?
That's a bi harsh he was our best player i thought.
A point is a point, we simply HAVE to win the next game now.
If we don't it is curtains.

Crouch would have put Heskey's chance away though, and might even have scored his headed halfchance. Someone said something to the effect of: he can do what Heskey does AND score.

I can see us drawing against mighty Angola if we are not lucky.
Was very ordinary performance, but don't forget the 'heat' factor again.
Bet It's bleeding boiling over there?

kinkylola wrote:green came up with a good save against altidore at the near post, i knew that was going to be our best chance to win. After that we had to work for the draw. That being said, I don't think england spurned any amazing chances. couple of long shots went close but didn't really threaten and the best chance (besides the goal) was heskey shooting straight at howard. Couple crosses that our D dealt with pretty well, and onyewu looked very solid even though he had only played 1 competitive game in the last 10 months. He couldn't match crouch's height, but was much too physical for him.
