I believe we will finish top 4, I also believe we will see at least a final, but I also believe that our squad are only capable of winning anything on a good day, we still have some grey areas that need strengthening and we need more class on the bench to endure such a long season.
In summary, I despise threads like these as they only cause over confidence leading to slander as soon as we dont overachieve, I am not getting over excited this season, but this time next year I will be anticipating.

Getting new players to gel sometimes doesn't work for a long time so I'll reserve judgement until we've had chance to see the ups & downs that the season brings.
Some great replies and I'd say the majority are pretty confident in Mancio, however, I have picked yours to reply to Ted because I've just popped out and was listening to TalkSport in the car. I'm not sure who was on (think it was Saggers and Custis) and they were quite complimentary of us but expressed a concern that due to the large squad and the ego's that come with it, then Mancio may have problems. A Spuds fan then phoned in slating the signings and hoped that come the start of the season, our team will be found out (Spuds, Dippers and Sunderland) and our Empire will fall down around our ears.
Now, it maybe the 'Typical City' tag that makes me a little concerned that all this may just go that way and that the team takes a long time to bond, making it very hard for Mancio to do his job in a reasonable and sensible manner. If we do get off to an indifferent start, the pressure is going to be heaped on us, and if it continues, will we be back to square one with the manager?
