Actually, I think it's that it's perfectly legal to pay for a woman's company - as in she escorts you - and then anything else that transpires is a matter for the man and the girl to agree upon.
Not speaking from experience you understand ....... have never had a thousand quid to spare for such things ;o)
Yeah this is how you get round it.
Normally have something along the lines of
"Any money paid to the escort is for her time and companionship only. Anything that transpires during the alloted time are the actions of 2 consenting adults and the agency takes no responsability for these actions."
