The talent we have is undeniable and a half decent coach would be able to get results with them but to blend them into a real trophy winning side needs a lot more.
If there is a problem in the camp what is the reason for it? Mancini has already got rid of so called problem players ( Ireland,Nedum,Bellers,Robinho,Petrov) so what else could it be? Surely not anything to do with money? Is it to do with team selection or maybe playing tactics? I expect Mancini will be talking seige mentality this morning and reminding all the players how important sheer effort is in winning games. I don't expect to see anything different in training this week but I do expect a different team to go out against WBA next weekend.
When's your next training report Douglas?
I am assuming they will be out this morning so will be on the way soon.
