you can always get a IP ghost(not sure if thats the exact name) I used one a very long time ago. if lets say you are from the US, you use the bugger and it changes your ip to as if you were in the UK.

Taken from this forum, is very easy to set-up, you just need to find a valid IP address.

OK, no problem. All you have to do is set up Internet Explorer, your browser, to use proxies. This is how you do it:

1.) Open Internet Explorer
2.) Click on Tools>Internet Options
3.) Click the connections tab
4.) Click on Lan Settings
5.) Check the box that says "Use a proxy server for your LAN
6.) Now type the ip address in as I wrote in my last post
7.) Use the port that I wrote in my last post
8.) Click Ok, then click ok again
9.) Close your browser
10.) Open your browser and wait for it to connect to the Codeen Network.
11.) Now you have an ip address from the UK. Now go to your BBC site and enjoy!

Nice one MRM, very much appreciated for future reference, but not for Wednesday. I'm not exactly a genius with computery stuff at the best of times, but I'm definitely not going to be up to working my way through that at 3.30 in the morning.

the instructions above are the easy bit, finding an open server and IP address is the really hard part. When one is given out on a forum like the above they get hammered by ex-pats and are usually shut down or re-configured within a few days. I'd start looking now for Wednesday and to make sure by testing it out on the BBC iPlayer.

Yeah, that will betough findning, but will still use your guide a lot. The games with the Swedish national team are streamed by the channel broadcasting them. up until now I haven't been able to watch them, since I live in Holland. But now I can use the IP number from my work computer (situated at the office in Sweden), which I usually connetct to via a remote desktop connection 9the simple solution would be to just connect remotely to that compputer and watch in on that one, but for some reason watching and listening to stuff on the net is way slow when woring on the remote computer).

Excellent news, can't wait now. We are so classy now

another superb example of the club looking after us despite the fact the certain parts of the press are determined to paint the owner as a thoughtless and patienceless moneybags

As much as I like watching City playing teams like Barca, it does seem like a pointless exercise and potential opportunity to pick up injuries.

Is it just me cacking it about coming home with injured players frmo a game which doesn't give us anything (other than a chance to help the team gel against top qual oppo, admittedly)?

THere'll be outrage if one of our key players picks up a knock from what seems like a futile jaunt to Spain. I just hope all this entente cordiale with Barca stuff eventually nets us Messi...

...and is it just me that keeps getting a 'general error' after posting? Keep thinking it'd erased the post (tho it an't).
