Team P GD PTS
1 Chelsea 14 19 28
2 Man Utd 14 13 28
3 Arsenal 14 13 26
4 Bolton 14 6 22
5 Man City 13 5 22
6 Tottenham 14 2 22
7 Sunderland 13 2 19
8 Stoke 14 0 19
Liverpool playing West Ham soon, could be on 19 points and the chasing pack.

Ha ha ha, I'm wondering if Hughes and Mancio are of the same opinion?
And GG, I like the optimism, let's hope you are right. 18 from 18?

Why not? You only have to look at the fixtures from today to the newcastle game to see that we have the favourable fixtures and we are the only side that can win 18 from 18 as the teams around us play each other (obviously one team can also get 18 from 18 but i doubt that would happen)
I'm confident we will beat Fulham tommorrow and with Balotelli back for Stoke there is no reason why we cannot go on a great run.

40 points after 19 games (half way) would put us in a great position for the title going into the second half of the season, especially considering our strength in depth compared to the likes of Chelsea.

This is a pretty mad stat. I think it says a lot about the way we play at the moment.

I think Ade got one in the Europa didn't he? Seems very strange considering the size of some of our team, or is it the quality of the crosses?

I think we need to start with the midfield first. We can work on the defenders later.Beefymcfc wrote:LookMumImOnMCF.net wrote:• City are the only side yet to score a headed Premier League goal this season. He did indeed. I'm surprised we haven't at least bundled one in off a set piece. Though with the statue of our first choice frontmen and the style we play, I'd be very surprised if we got a headed goal from open play any time soon.
