It's €14 millions if we want to buy him we already paid €2 millions for the loan and if we win the champions league we will have to pay an additional €2 millions

Homeless tramps are worth that nowadays why is Mancini trying to flog him off? Problem for Man City to sell him will be his ridiculous salary. We wont forget the gesture by City giving us a hand when we needed it.

I think it prolly a better league for Adebayor, I mean the marking not as tight and physical and he not the only one who walks around the field oblivious to what is happening.

Hey this has nothing to do with Adebayor but as you, apparently, are a Real Madrid fan I'd like to ask you a question. As Raul has been one of my favourite players of all time, it was a bit sad to see him fade "a bit" in his late RM years. But did that affect how people in Madrid think of him? Is he still the hero/legend he was or was it more like "good riddance" stuff when he left.

His departure was a big kick in the teeth for the fans his farewell was scheduled for 7pm but was held at 11am 8 hours earlier to avoid the presence of people who disagree with letting him go but in all fairness Raúl wanted to leave to get 1st team football. He burst on the scene out of nowhere and benched Butragueño best all time Spanish 7 and local legend, now to Raúl happened a similar thing young Higuaín appeared from nowhere to bench him and Raúl like Butragueño had to make a way for the good of him and the club.

Looks like he's gone according to the MEN...

City have done a deal to sell off Emmanuel Adebayor to Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The Togolese ace has scored twice in two games during his loan spell with the Spanish giants.

But reports from Spain say that an agreement worth £15.3m had already been struck between the clubs.

That represents a significant loss on the player signed by Mark Hughes for £25m in the summer of 2009.

But Adebayor did not fit into Roberto Mancini’s plans and, after a bright start to his City career, when he scored in his first four league games, he failed to impress.

City are understood to have received £1.7m as a fee for the loan, and will get another £1.7m if Adebayor helps Madrid win the Champions League.

Then in summer, Jose Mourinho’s club will stump up an extra £11.9m to make the deal permanent.

Ade want to stay at any cost it seems. The best thing about his arrival so far is the positive effect he had on Benzemá. A lot whether he will be bought depend on our youth team Castilla making it to the 2nd tier next season because in Castilla we have young forwards that Muriño want in the 1st team for next season.

Adebayor: "I will do everything I can to stay on with Real Madrid"

RealMadrid.com

In a brief interview with Spanish newspaper AS, Emmanuel Adebayor affirms that signing for Real Madrid was a dream come true.

"I was born happy. No one can be as happy as I am now. Playing here is a dream come true and I now feel useful again."

"The shooting during the African Cup of Nations was the worst thing that ever happened to me. It helped me grow as a person. I now know that you can die at the blink of an eye. I should be dead, but I am alive and playing for Madrid. What else can I ask for? Nothing."

"There is a great vibe in the dressing room. Everyone has been very nice. I try to repay their kindness by training as hard as I can and giving my all. I will do everything I can to stay here. All I want to do is win titles. La Liga is not over yet and anything can happen in the 90 minutes of the Copa del Rey final."

"Lyon are always a tough opponent whether Lisandro plays or not. I know them well. I hope we come out full throttle and ready to put up a fight. I want to win the Champions League and I don’t care about personal success. Give me a contract stating that we will win the Tenth 2-0 with two goals by Benzema and I will sign it."

"When I arrived I said that I am here to help Benzema, not to harm him. He is doing an incredible job and we all have faith in him."

"Ozil is a genius. He has one-of-a-kind vision for the game. He has two eyes in the front of his head and two eyes in the back."

Don't blame him for wanting to stay there either; after the very decent goals return and the Cup of Nations shooting, there wasn't much faith in him shown by the club.

Hope he does well there.
