I`ve phoned the supporter services who have no idea how to correct it. i`ve emailed "Amy" twice who has told me to phone up said services if i am having trouble and they will talk me through how to reset the password, and, they tell me to request the password whichI have already done. THEN the reset password tells me to reset the password or phone supporter services who then tell me.....They`re shite mate.

So are you trying to reset it merely to access your number of loyalty points? if I ring them up with my supporter number they won't be able to tell me how many points I've got?

Are you sure your password isn't just your postcode? That's what it starts as by default.

Cheers, but just tried that, lower case/upper case, with a space between and not, and no joy.

It is your postcode, and how it shows you to input it (like so: AB15CD), if you haven't been in and changed your password.

I reset it a while ago. I have recently changed my email address so that could have ballsed everything up. They have told me over the phone that I have 3940 points however I am on the cup scheme so i could get my wemmbbeerllleee ticket straight away. The good news is I know a programme seller and they get 45 tickets each before the players and manager get theirs so I am well in.

Still, at least she had a nice day out and knows where she's going next week!

This made me chuckle - I almost sent my Aunty - in - law down last Sunday!!

My life would not have been worth living.

Youth team players are getting 1 ticket each as are most staff

Been on to the ticket site and seen that my ticket has been processed, level 1, block 132... quite happy with that seat to be honest! Happy Days.

To add to the fun, I know a mate who works doing stadium tours, and as far she has been made aware it is one ticket per member of staff (as SOF pointed out, its through their allocated Seasoncard).
