I am not very impressed by how good someone's timing is in what I see as a relativley simple action that if goes slightly wrong may result in injury.
Is down right idiotic. Do you actually watch football games or just read the stats after? At the professional level, how many people can tackle like De Jong? At the international level how many can? I could count maybe 5, and most of them are defenders. Sure it's a basic skill but so is running, passing, and shooting. Yet the basic skills can be the hardest to master.
If you think that you can actually tackle like De Jong my post has been wasted because it is pointless to argue with someone that far removed from reality.
