I think what John meant was that due to this alleged copyright the club wouldn't be allowed to sell said shirts.
If true, the players' shirts could still spot the Coat of Arms, regardless of that other shirt in the shop.

Kitbag and Umbro visited the ground about 2/3 weeks ago to show off the new designs. It will also have a white V-Neck. Away kit will be red and black with a bit of white - a little bit like the kit from 1995.
