What was the difference?

What was the difference?
loan structure (scum) vs a deception about the true ownership (west ham). rags never implied that they owned tevez, while west ham did

3rd party ownership players are not allowed in the prem, loan or not.

Exactly. Deception or not, we were told it wasn't allowed.

When you look at the plethora of rich dodgycants involved in Tevez' life, it becomes even more ridiculous to believe that he's trying to force this move because of family issues. There's no telling what kind of power these people have & what kind of lengths they would go to. Who knows what pressure could be put on Tevez if he doesn't go along wth these blokes ? The fact that Corinthians is the only deal which even came close to happening, stinks to high heaven; they are clearly bent as fuck. This whole plan by Joorabchian probably involves getting him there, where rules can be bent & he & his gangster mates can own Tevez again THEN get another move.
I bet Real Madrid, Barcelona or Inter are well down Kia's list of preferred destinations for Tevez, unless he visits Corinthians first.

You're central paragraph there Ted probably hits the nail on the head. In my view, Tevez has also become a slave to these people, selling his soul to get the dollar but when he wants out the powers that be just reel him back in. On the family issues, I'm fairly confident that Carlos would love to return to his wife but when you've possibly (my views only) got a theoretical 'Contractual' relationship with someone like Kia then you have no choice but to go along, afterall, why is Kia still hanging around if we have bought his contact lock stock?

Well as I've said in the post I just did above; the bloke clearly still 'owns' him. I'm sure he would like to be closer to his kids, but there's a difference between wanting that & demanding a transfer because of it. When there's some dodgy twat like Kia in the background & he suggests to you that it would be better for your wife & kids if you move. you fucking go..

And Kia, the front man would be left with no hold on him and some very pissed off backers. I think it is upto Tevez to save himself reading that article. If a load of shit comes out then the club can deal with it.
