Tevez & Kia - The Bizarre Saga

Still trying to wrap my head around this, but it looks like a clear case of player-laundering by Kia.

Also, I've always thought the £45m fee cited was rubbish, and I'm still not convinced. Taggart didn't want him for £25.5m, why would we have slapped an extra £20m on top of that fee?

I've never understood how when West Ham loaned him from Kia it was third party ownership and wrong (resulting in a £5.5m fine) and yet when Filth had him it was ok. But they clearly never owned him.
What was the difference?

loan structure (scum) vs a deception about the true ownership (west ham). rags never implied that they owned tevez, while west ham did

3rd party ownership players are not allowed in the prem, loan or not.

It was Utd. Why the questions ?

When you look at the plethora of rich dodgycants involved in Tevez' life, it becomes even more ridiculous to believe that he's trying to force this move because of family issues. There's no telling what kind of power these people have & what kind of lengths they would go to. Who knows what pressure could be put on Tevez if he doesn't go along wth these blokes ? The fact that Corinthians is the only deal which even came close to happening, stinks to high heaven; they are clearly bent as fuck. This whole plan by Joorabchian probably involves getting him there, where rules can be bent & he & his gangster mates can own Tevez again THEN get another move.

I bet Real Madrid, Barcelona or Inter are well down Kia's list of preferred destinations for Tevez, unless he visits Corinthians first.

When West Ham took him they were effectively loaning him from an individual who held his registration - the rules on third party ownership (if my assumption is correct) now mean that only a recognised club can own the registration of players coming into the Prem.

eggsackly and he was still owned by Kia, or whomever Kia was fronting.

ultimately, tho it doesn't impress mathematical genius Slim, this just further establishes that Tevez is a poor kid with no education who's been fucking wrangled around by Kia and some shadowy figures for the last 7 or 8 years.

sounds like he's been an indentured servant to Russian "oligarchs" and billionaires and likely doesn't even have a clue or a chance to influence what's happening. He just lays it all out on the pitch and everything else is what it is and he's along for the ride. Almost made me feel sorry for him, which i knows sounds ridiculous. He's been made rich beyond his dreams by Kia i'd guess.

Wouldn't surprise me if Tevez actually had the whole "i hate Manc"/Miss My Familia story scripted for him by Kia and the handlers. Tevez is a lone wolf and he seems to live a lonely existence by the optic i view him through. It's unsettling to be honest.

He's really thrown his career careening towards the ditch with these moves to get away from City...he needs to sort it and end the Kia bullshit and make some friends with Kun and Pablo, get some solid advice and get his life sorted. I'm not really kidding...

cheers

It's well paid slavery.

Even if he's technically employed by City now & we have control over selling him, it's clear this cunt has still got something on him, possibly even connected with his family, & is pulling all the strings, possibly on behalf of someone even worse, hiding in the background. No wonder Tevez talks of retiring early (yet Kia says he'll play on for years & years & years, surprise surprise).

This is a really unethical situation & more should be done to investigate Kia & get the cunt out of any kind of football deals.

You're central paragraph there Ted probably hits the nail on the head. In my view, Tevez has also become a slave to these people, selling his soul to get the dollar but when he wants out the powers that be just reel him back in. On the family issues, I'm fairly confident that Carlos would love to return to his wife but when you've possibly (my views only) got a theoretical 'Contractual' relationship with someone like Kia then you have no choice but to go along, afterall, why is Kia still hanging around if we have bought his contact lock stock?

Well as I've said in the post I just did above; the bloke clearly still 'owns' him. I'm sure he would like to be closer to his kids, but there's a difference between wanting that & demanding a transfer because of it. When there's some dodgy twat like Kia in the background & he suggests to you that it would be better for your wife & kids if you move. you fucking go..

I'm not disagreeing mate, in fact you're probably dead on. When Carlos put his request in last time, was it due to Carlos or Kia? I think we all know the answer there, don't we. Has Kia got a plan to move him on at every attempt? I think we know the answer there as well, don't we.

What I'd suggest with Carlos is that we do not know anything that goes on behind the scenes yet there are many who will criticise is actions, and rightly so, but what has now got to be factored in is his involvement with other parties which could have led to those actions being played out. I'm just glad we've got a strong board who are able to see through this shit and stop certain individuals from forcing our hand. Are we now looking after Carlos, or just our contract (rhetorical)?

If Tevez had his head screwed on he would go to Cooke and spill his guts, The club could end his problems quicker than he realises. And Kia, the front man would be left with no hold on him and some very pissed off backers. I think it is upto Tevez to save himself reading that article. If a load of shit comes out then the club can deal with it.

Re: Tevez & Kia - The Bizarre Saga

Postby Chinners » Thu Aug 25, 2011 2:37 pm

Football super-agent Kia Joorabchian has vowed to take legal action against the Guardian newspaper over an article detailing the intricacies and mysteries surrounding Carlos Tevez’s career.
Respected journalist David Conn apparently gained access to legal documents that tracked the Argentinean forward’s ownership rights back to Eastern European oligarchs but Tevez’s representative called talkSPORT to claim the majority of the article was incorrect.
“The Guardian will now be processed this week because most of the article was not properly investigated,” Joorabchian exclusively told Keys and Gray.
“He got most of the facts and figures and companies totally wrong so there will now be a legal process for the Guardian. I don’t think they have understood the situation.”
Joorabchian went on to claim how even Premier League champions Manchester United are benefiting from third-party ownership in South America, and that the idea of players being forced into moves is a lie.
“The situation at the moment in South America is that 60% of the players in the league have outside investment from other groups,” he said.
“There is a company called Traffic that has a joint venture with Manchester United, via a club, and there are other massive firms that have invested two or three hundred million pounds in football.
“What these guys are doing is investing in Portugal or Spain right now, and other places, but they are not buying a person, nobody buys a person. What they are buying is the right to a profit.
“You do not own any right over a person. All you own is that if a player’s value goes up and the club makes a profit, the investor will make a profit too.
“This idea of people or companies owning footballers is totally ludicrous.”

Yeah right, I believe you Kia. So exactly which club made the profit when Tevez signed for City, you lying little cunt? And WHY didn't Richard Keys ask him that fucking question? "Thank you for coming on the show Kia, I hope you'll come & see us in the future (feltch, feltch)" Shithouse.

If Talkshite had any balls they'd be asking him why he isn't registered with the FA as an agent - lack of official responsibility for advice given to players maybe?

The interview with him Richard and Andy smacked of members of some exclusive club of wankers who are in someway involved in the cash cow that is football, It is as bad as anything Fifa seem to be accused of IMHO. For me The Premier League has corruption on a grand scale, The recent documentry has been buried, The bigest that almost opened a can of worms, the turn a blind eye Payoff Sheff Utd,stick together and we will be fine is JUST LIKE FIFA. Portsmouths demise must have been known about, fuck me That was so blatant that the owners were being accused by fans in the ground on match days whilst the powers that be sat there shitting themselfs praying they went down and became anothers problem.
