Aguero and Dzeko both had a great start this year scoring most of City's goals, nevertheless, I can not see Aguero nor Dzeko winning a tight game single handedly. Tevez on the other hand as most of City fans know can inspire his team mates and win tight games single handedly. Again, for that to happen he needs to play 90min and not 8min as evident in both Napoli and Fulham games.
I agree that Tevez let fans down for wanting to ago away, but so was he last season with the exception that he remained a beast on the field. The way I see it Mancinin is trying to punish Tevez and as a consequence Tevez will never be a winning beast on the field again unless he plays 90min.
Mancini is only lucky to have talented players who can beat any teams including Barca and Real. Tactically however, he is not better than Arsene Wenger. If we compare both City and United players, City are far more talented individually, but United got a manager who is knows how to win games especially during injury times. Make the likes of Fergie or Mourinho manager of the current City squad and they will go unbeaten for years.
Fact is the team played well in the first half and tried to do somthin in the second, but I blame Mancini for losing us two points today.
Bollocks.
No chance on this planet that either manager would go without a loss.
Bobby put this "unbeatable" team together and Bobby is the man to take it forward, Bacon and Mourinho make mistakes in equal measure to Bobby. You are a fool if you think they don't. Errors were made today by manager and players, it happens and we move on.
As for Tevez the reason he isn't starting is because he agitated for a move in the summer, failed to get his way and he continues agitate on the pitch now. Tevez is a 110% player, the fact that he is coming on and looking half assed is telling.
For all the talent he has I'd rather Bobby field players who want to play for us going forward than those who are just biding there time until the chance to leave arises again because let's not kid ourselves the Tevez transfer saga is in no way over just on hold.
Dzeko, Aguero, Silva and Nasri are all deservedly in the squad. They play for the team, Tevez if he starts would only be playing to get seen by another team, this frankly irks the fuck out of me.
Rant over.
