Isn't it obvious? After Munich incident, Dzeko rarely got his chance.

About Mancini's management. Think about it. First, Robinho, then, Tevez. Those are world-class players. Most managers in the world will die to get these guys. If these kinds of players don't want to play for you even though there is a lot of money waiting, people have right to question your management ability.

You've now made it obvious that you know absolutely fuck all, given that Robinho was already lost when Mancini arrived. It was Hughes that froze Robinho out, when Mancini arrived he recognised a lost cause and allowed him to leave. Whatever your agenda is you are definitely fifth column. Dzeko is our third best striker, that is why his chances are currently limited.

I remember the last time Bridge was given a chance in the left back berth as a first team player. I can't recall who it was against, but I definitely remember his appalling performance. Full back is a taxing role, requiring discipline, concentration, hard work, tactical awareness and selflessness. If you have any of those disciplines missing you can create all sorts of problems for not only the defence, but the team as a whole. Bridge that day had none of those things. I remember, vividly, how he got the ball at left back, then went charging off upfieeld - not up the wing as you might expect, but in a diagonal line straight into the middle of the pitch where he promptly (and obviously) lost possession. As a result, he left a huge gap where he should have been and we conceded a goal. I think we lost the match. Useless twat of a player.

Mancini is absolutely correct. Half way through the season, and he had shown absolutely no interest in finding a new club, and left to his own devices he'd still be "playing golf" (or shopping, or watching horse races, or doing a spot of DIY - they all boil down to the same thing) till his contract expired. The most notable thing he's done all season is to find a sympathetic anti-City hack at the Independent to whine to - and the Indie has plenty of those.

Last season, Bridge took all his skills and attributes to West Ham and, in view of what happened there, he's probably decided that football's not now for him and doing nothing is more preferable.

In a couple of years, if not sooner, he will probably get his wish. Then he can take up some other part-time hobby, like golf perhaps.
