I haven't seen a single CB in world football who has caught my eye though, other than Thiago silva.

Thiago Silva is my number one pick too, but Vertonghen (Ajax), Subotic (Borrusia D), Alex, Godin (Atletico Madrid), Coloccini and Douglas (Twente) are good picks too.

It's usually the same with footballers from that part of the world. In reality he's probably about 35.

He seems such a journeyman, has been striker though, whereas at 29 they are meant to be in the peak of their career.
