Funny there was me thinking that Nasri looked the one most likely to make the breakthrough for us with his close control mazy bursts; and, as for Dzeko I always knew that it would take him a while to get up to speed, but that he should be left on for the full 90 minutes.
Despite impressive early surges, some woeful passing by Ya Ya; and even Barry looks to be afflicted by the disease.
And too many wrong options taken by Kolarov and Johnson, although in the former's case some rustiness has to be expected.
Great save by Hart, early on, although he was helped by the fact that it was Niklas Bendtner that he was facing.
Apparently Aguero coming on for De Jong at half-time: the yellow card is possibly partly the reason for this, because he did quite well apart from that clumsy early challenge: it will mean Ya Ya dropping back, and Barry staying back more
