United vs Newcastle, first half, Giggs tackles from behind, slides in, no yellow, bu a foul given.

Second half Valencia, blf's fave rave, elbows guttierez, in the face, bbc convenietly show the yellow, no replays of the yellow, but show Rooney being subbed.

Oh and if England have to rely on Phil Jones in the summer , it's goodnight Vienna.

Liverpools best player Suarez banned for 8 matches Scum involvement
Vinnie banned for 4 matches scum involvement
Terry soon to be banned for a while ( surely) brother of scum involvement

Don't need to think about Arsenal so just Spurs best player for them to nobble.Do the scum play Spurs soon.A crippling tackle on Modric sounds possible.

A lonely young man, exasperated by the English press, who wants to become more involved in Italian social issues was the picture Mario Balotelli drew of himself in an extensive interview published yesterday.

The Manchester City striker confessed to having no close friends in his adopted city and said that if he left the Premier League it would be to return to Italy.

"I am 21 years old and I am a long way from home," he told L'Uomo Vogue. "In spite of all the profound differences between here and home I am pretty adaptable but I don't have any real friends here and if I have to move – whenever that is – then I'll choose Italy."

Though he claimed that the British press is obsessed by him, they have merely followed the path taken by journalists in Italy. In June, La Stampa reported his tour of a crime-ridden mafia estate "looking around wide-eyed as if it were Disneyworld". They did the same for his unannounced visit to a women's prison in Brescia.

However, Balotelli said he was particularly embarrassed by the Italian media's habit of quoting British tabloid reports as if they were fact. "I can never win with English journalists," he said. "If I buy a Fiat Uno, I read articles saying I am the type of guy who should be buying a Ferrari. If I choose the Ferrari, they write that I should keep my feet on the ground and buy a Fiat.

"If I laugh, I am not a serious person. If I don't laugh, I am a rich sulk who can't be motivated to do the most beautiful job in the world. Here, in England, the tabloid press writes about everything you do and they always exaggerate.

"But the one thing I can't stand is that in Italy the stupidities of the tabloids are picked up and amplified without anybody bothering to check."

Given that Jose Mourinho, the manager with whom he spectacularly fell out at Internazionale, has expressed a desire to return to England when he has finished with Real Madrid, it was probably politic for Balotelli to offer him an olive branch. "As a coach, Mourinho is among the best," said Balotelli who was rated "unmanageable" by the man who took Inter to the treble in 2010. "However, if I had to give my opinion, I would say it would be Roberto Mancini first and then Mourinho.

"A manager has to extract 100 per cent of a footballer's ability and Mancini is very skilled at doing that. But the treble was a conquest extracted from a great squad of players to whom I still feel a fond connection."

L'Uomo Vogue was one of Balotelli's great supporters when he was the victim of racist abuse at Inter, picturing him in an Italian flag on their front cover. His interest in politics, particularly racial politics, he said, was still strong. The murder of two Senegalese migrant workers by a far-right gunman in Florence last month moved him deeply. "If I can intervene in some social matters, then I will, so long as it's not turned into party politics because that's tough territory for me," he said. "I was very upset by that chilling racist murder in Florence.

"I don't play in Italy and I give interviews very rarely so I don't have the chance to put my point of view straight away. Perhaps if I had been back home I would have taken a public stand over what happened. But in some way or other, I still want to lend a hand."

The quotes deliberately edited out from the original article pinched by people such as the Independant, on the Talkshite website, ESPN, SKY, The Irish Independant, & many many more, including the Liverpool Echo :

Earlier the striker played down reports linking him with a move to AC Milan. He told Italian radio station Radio Radio: "The newspapers are saying that I want to get away from Manchester but I've never spoken to them. They can say what they want, but I'm in Manchester, I am under contract with City and until the right time, will not talk about a new contract."

The 21-year-old striker is tied to City until June 2015 and has no intention of leaving the club in the near future. "The Premier League has been a new experience, even if at first it was difficult," he said. "But if I have to tell the whole truth now, it's that I'm really happy here."

That's how the original piece was written but every one of those fuckers has decided to edit those quotes out. If that's not a blatant fucking agenda, I don't know what is.

When Benitez came out with his rant about how Fergie had the English football world in his back pocket he was loudly and widely derided: laughed out of court.

When Warnock suggests that refs have it in for his team and always favour the big clubs he's dismissed as a moaning obnoxious prat.

When a certain ex player for Utd (whose name I can't remember) said that behind the scenes everyone has to treat the Dear Leader as though he's some tin god and complains about a bullying culture, his remarks are barely reported apart from the context of how wonderful SAF's management style is and how the player isn't worthy to play for such a great club.

When SAF bans reporters who ask "impertinent" questions, like he's some kind of third world dictator, do the media rise up as one to demand freedom of the press? No, if we're lucky we get a 10 minute chuckle on Sunday Supplement, then they move on.

When there's a training ground bust up that gets in the papers, gnarled old pros the land over go on about how it happens in every club. You never hear of many at the rags. Is it because they are uniquely blessed, or because there's a conspiracy of silence, or maybe people are too scared to report what goes on?

I could go on, and many on here could add better examples to my list.

A story has been built up, a narrative if you like. It's one that's helped keep Utd at the top, or at least tries to keep the pecking order in place.

I was in the car listening to the build up to the other semi-final tonight. I don't think I heard Cardiff mentioned once in half an hour. But then, they aren't a London club.

It's not just us. How many times have lesser teams had poor decisions against bigger clubs. A blatent penalty turned down, and then a soft free kick on the half-way line "to even thins up". If it ever happens the other way round the big club fans squeel like pigs.

Referees shouldn't bother with this nonsense, they should give decisions as they see them no matter who plays. Doesn't happen though. A couple of years back Graham Pohl was on the radio and he said that he always hesitated to gave a penalty against Utd at OT.

We are going to have trouble for a few years to come. We aren't yet seen to be an established big club. At the moment we are still treated like lottery winners trying to buy a house in a posh neighbourhood. The existing residents don't like it, and are doing everything to make us feel unwelcome.

It won't work, we are a rising force and we aren't going away.

That last one was quite a weak effort, though. I've seen much worse/better from Carl.

great post from you there agree with it all, its like a war propaganda machine just continuous drivel, journalists like martin samuel who write great articles get ignored fair play one was an example. you might not believe this my son his 22 ive taken him to watch city all over since he turned 8 years old, he came round to mine on sunday to watch the cup match i said before the kick off a city player will get sent off today for nothing he looked at me and i dont think he believed me. why should he, 10 minutes gone there it was unbelievable they cant have city winning a treble especially a domestic one. thats how i feel anyway its corrupt from top to bottom until these sort of things are exposed it will keep happening.

Corruption in the game is quite easy to believe, there have been plenty of examples. It would be no suprise to find out that a few of Mr.Foy's friends knew what bets to put on.However to think this corruption is because of a hatred of us I find hard to accept

No there isn't an all consuming hate for us driving this.

It's that shithole in Salford calling the shots, if sometimes indirectly. They have been built up into this super club that represents English football. There are jobs and money at stake in them falling from the top spot. They are the club they are because certain people decided they will be the poster boys for the premier league. Sky and the other money men behind football.

As far as these people are concerned we can be a big club, aslong as that lot are bigger because they have too much invested in them.

It's not far fetched to believe when sky got involved with the prem/created the prem they needed a poster boy, they needed someone they could Market on a worldwide scale so they picked a team. Then they pushed a few people into supporting the rise of the scum.

For the record pre sky they had won 7 league titles in-between 1876-1967, post sky it is 12 in 20. They hadn't won a league title in 20 odd years before sky came along and we all know how they won the first one. By cheating. Sky created them and sky run football FACT.

There's probably a lot truth in that comment but to me if truth be told it is a comment that contains a bit of envy. And for me the fact that our Sheikh chose us for whatever reason is the same advantage that has been given to them twats, somewhat later than them but it has put us in pole position .If we win a few titles over the next few years as is predicted surely that is because of the same reasons as them fuckers

Well you won't win all the honours with hard work and a stiff upper lip alone.

Money entered the fray years and years ago and whoever has the most has the most chance of winning.

Hate the game, not the best player.

the methods we, or any club that was outside the sky4 at its creation would have must use to win the league are restricted to heavy financial investment ... because of the system that they helped set up which has created a glass ceiling. Anyone "playing fair" by accepting their place and toiling with few funds, will never get above a certain point because of this.
