A level playing field would be nice, that's all I'm saying.

It was worse than the Kompany challenge not as bad as the Johnson challenge!

So, it was that bad it warranted a red card? And people think we have some sort of paranoia!
No wonder we feel hard done by, why always us?

Sorry beefy I meant to say it depends what your opinion on a tackle is!
For me, if all three had been bookings I'd have accepted that
Beefymcfc wrote:The reason he didn't give a card is because he was pre-occupied with giving the penalty. Did anybody notice how when Mario went down that Webb just seemed to look at the incident slowly moving towards the box and it seemed an age for him to give it?
I honestly thought that he hadn't a clue what to do and if he could've got away with not giving it then he would have. 2 or 3 seconds to make a stone-wall call is a lot of time for someone to think about.

My neighbour this morning said that he thought Webb was weighing up the pros and cons, he knew it should have been a pen but was trying to think of a reason not to give it but then gave up knowing deep down that the club would have made a fuss given recent events... I think that makes sense.
