I have read enough and heard enough since the beginning of the season. I've listened patiently to Utnied fans, Scouse 1 & 2 fans. I have heard TT Abrahams on the air waves from Talksport ( TT = That Tosser). Watched MOTD, Listened to the Sky commentators , when not actually at City games.
The one thing that comes out above everything else , inspite of the worry or apparent paranoia City fans appear to be
showing with all these events happening against City. The one thing that stands out amongst the hysteria surrounding everything City does, is the desire for Clarity.
The objectivity of those that follow City and those involved at City.
We aren't asking for special treatment, we are asking for fair and equal treatment for all teams in the league and at all games.
This clearly is not happening.
Playing good football and trying to play attacking football will eventually win out over the pathetic FA, Media and fans of United , and so on.
In every walk of life in the UK these days, you are being fed garbage from Polititians, the Media, the FA.
Inspite of all the crap being thrown against the Fan of Football none of it is sticking against City.
Watching the game last sunday in the pub, with the rest of a small group of City fans here in Zürich. The game was being screened on four large screens. The pub is big, it was quite full and there were all types there, scouse fans , Tottenham fans, Reds and even fans of other teams there. When City scored the first goal. You could hear a pin drop.
When Spurs scored and then equalised, the whole pub erupted.
Yes , we have finally arrived.
Not one person in the bar reacted to the Balo incident, not one single person. Until the witch hunt from Sky after the fact.
It was brilliant at the end when Balo smacked the penalty home. Everyone hated it and we City fans lapped it up.
Sometimes it's good to sit back from a problem and let the various influences on your thinking work there way through your analysis of the situation. Immediately after the game some that watched the game were saying Balo should have been sent off. I maintained that the Ref was more than close enough not only to see any event , but also to clearly see that Balo didn't even touch him with his right foot. Which he didn't. PArker was hurt because his cheek smacked against Balos left leg. Probably hurt too.
Anyway, we are not paranoid, not at all. They aren't conspiracy theories, they are conspiracy facts.
I really do not worry about this City team, this squad and this management.
Not at all. We know what we have with them.
Fantastic and great to watch.
I am unfortunately only worried about what event will trigger the next attempt to stop the City juggernaut.
I cannot think what will happen tomorrow to give us problems. Certainly Liverpool's football won't stop us, but somebody will throw a spanner in the works. Linesman, Referee, Manager.
Gerrard will play to the audience tomorrow. I don't trust that sh*t one bit. Watch his leg go flailing around again tomorrow. I worry that Skrtel will pick up where he left off with Edin too.
"Well I'll go to the foot of our stairs."
