Flogging is the least he deserves.

Seriously, don't read too much into that, if a player is under contract and the squad isn't full then we HAVE to include them under FA rules.

"If he comes back - and he is fit - it is possible," conceded Mancini.
Tevez, 27, remains in Argentina and, as yet, there has been no indication when the striker may return.
"Carlos is not an option at the moment but it is possible in the future if he comes back," added Mancini.
"I hope for him he has been training in the last three months to help his condition.
"There is only one thing on my mind, the Barclays Premier League."

He has to say it to cover the club's arse from a legal standpoint.

And I'd keep using him if it meant us winning the league. There is no "soul" or "class" about how clubs are perceived by other fans.
I don't give a fuck about other fans and I don't give a fuck about tevez anymore.
But I'll use the cunt in anyway that helps us get to where we are going.
Note, there's quite a lot of ifs in there and the likelyhood is he'll never play for us again.

You can't summon/transport Tevez from 2010 to the current moment. And even if you could he should still fuck off.

The thing is, you're in fantasy land if you think he can actually come back and dominate the league like he did last season. He hasn't put in a good game since last February and he hasn't even played a game since October! And when he played, he wasn't anything special!
Do you think Tevez is some superhero who can press a button and return to full fitness and form instantly? And don't be naive enough to think that he's been training 100% in between all of his golf rounds...
The big reason no clubs wanted to take a risk on him is because he is a player who hasn't played for a few months in the middle of the season. By the time he gets back to match fitness, there'll be about 6 weeks left. So then he has 6 weeks to discovery his best form, while going against people who have been playing regularly all season.
You can't summon/transport Tevez from 2010 to the current moment. And even if you could he should still fuck off. Where are your principles or respect for the club? We get close to victory and some people are willing to give up their dignity just to take the last step. Pathetic

Absolutely.
There is zero chance of him taking the field for us again.
