To organize them into a cohesive system you idiot. Not to hold their hand and wipe their tears
Do you really think that after Balo scored at 2-3 some players looked at Mancini, saw him shaking his head, and as a result had their confidence crushed and willingness to fight taken away?!?
What are you smoking?
A cohesive unit before the game starts but then to react to tactical changes. Sitting there dumbstruck he's no use to anyone. The guy has completely lost it. He looked like he was writing his after game speech to explain how we'd thrown the title away rather than working out how to salvage something.
Once again, you have no idea what you are talking about. I could see you having a go at him for not reacting if we lost 3-1.... but we did react and tied the game at 3-3.
Would you say the same (sitting there dumbstruck) about Mourinho, Ancelotti, Guardiola, or any of the other countless stoic managers in football?
You know that you can't actually read someone's mind just by staring really hard at their head? All your doing is attributing thoughts to Mancini based on your frustration at the current situation. It's pointless, petty, and unbelievably stupid
I think Blue was talking about the tactical reactions that Bob had the past years. The big problem that everyone has with Bob is that he has the tendency to fuck the tactic up, getting the lineup wrong or making dubious decision regarding the subs and that cost us almost everytime.
If we look in the match threads here, everytime there were discussion about two things:
1) His constant failure to motivate the squads
2) The late reaction when we are in trouble.
All in all, his future depends of how good or bad is his squad feedback, because the way we were playing lately, we could swear that no one likes him and wants him out.
