Win there & we get our chance v the rags. The extra pressure will cause them to drop points. The 'experience' thing is a media lie. They were shitting it last night & Blackburn had more chances to score than they did. Now, the pressure is off them a bit but we win at Arsenal. it's right back on, believe me.

Did you see Taggart's presser last night, rambling on about scoring more goals than City, without actually having an idea what he's talking about. He then goes on about his 'experience' in these situations, which is probably valid, but why does he even have to mention it.

We've really got to them this season and he's gone hell bent to win the league. This was always supposed to be thier season, 25 years in charge, new stand named after him, 20th league title in the 20th year of the Prem League, it was all set-up for them. We've been spoiling Taggart's glory and for that I'm very happy with.

As for Arsenal, god knows what to expect. Our away form hasn't been the best and Arsenal have been in a rich vein. You never know, they lost last time out and they usually have a dip at this time of the year, so all is not lost.

I'll be watching it on a 60inch 3D tv this weekend, so that should add something to the game, if only for smashing up a pair of £100 3D specs.

They had a run of games including Chelsea and spurs away where we expected them to drop points to give us a cushion. They didn't and we started to panic.

Arsenal away could be the reverse of that. This is the weekend when the title is effectively won, as thy end up at least 6 points clear with 6 to play. If we beat arsenal the pressure is back on them to not slip up. We need to win every game to stand a chance, but let's win them one at a time.

If we do that, we have 92 points. If we do that and still finish second, I think we can be proud of the team and reluctantly acknowledge that the rags deserve it. Only once before has a team beat 92 points in the league and that would be 12 more than the rags won it with last season. Any less than that and we have to look at the games we've dropped points and blame ourselves.

Pretty much how I feel. I want to believe, and it would be much easier to do so if we were actually clawing back a deficit, rather than watching our players wilt pitifully week after week.

If the ground is empty on Wednesday when WBA visits then you could say the fans have given up on the players, but as it stands the opposite seems to be closer to the truth.

A 5 point gap with 7 games to go and playing the team we're chasing at home is not an impossible task. Difficult and improbable but far from impossible and it wouldn't be the biggest turn around in history if we were to do it.

IF we can stay within five points of United, and that's a big 'if', come the derby then you never know. Their last two games aren't exactly easy. A very decent Swansea side who could cause the United of last night lots of trouble, and Sunderland away, who are vastly improved under O'Neill. It ain't impossible.
