I thought 23 and under is the limit for young POTY. Plus ratface was purring about him on monday night football so that will add weight because he is mr football!!!!!

Yeah, i think the age limit is actually 24, im sure ive read it somewhere. I think its silly to refer to a player over the age of 21, as a 'young' player in the modern game.
