Aunty. (that's how we spell it in England...:-)
You make a good argument \mate, but you and some others aren't looking beyond his feet. His potential to score and to make a difference in our attack...But what of his head?
He has shown himself to be psychologically vulnerable. Sulky, moody and far too sensitive. Not happy about this, not happy about that, wanting this, wanting that. His attitude has all been about him and not Chelsea.
City didn't win the League because we were the best team, we didn't win it because we had the best players. When it came down to it, as those last few minutes ticked away...we won the League because of cussedness. WE REFUSED TO LOSE. It came down to grim grit and determination...We won it in those last few minutes because we had bollocks that were fuclin huge.
Torres was wonderful when all was well and he was riding the wave at Anfield but as soon as the wave broke at Chelsea, he suffered badly. With our resources, in our position, why would we need to take any risks?
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT
