Pre match yesterday carragher had said he'd preferred jagielka to play with terry so terry could stay in his natural left sided spot. If anything it should have been terry dropped to accomodate jagielka.
My one problem with lescott is just how poor his distrubition can be. But as others have pointed out before he's there to defend not spray 50yard passes.

I would have forgiven him for that too but it wouldn't have made any difference as the majority would have hung him & imo he would never have recovered from it. He would just have become a Klingon Savic.
