Utv kept banging on about how empty the stadium was and then proceeded to show the seats at half time.
I had every rag cunt texting me saying the usual shit of course. I told them I didn't see empty seats other than the ground being shown at half time when folk were obviously getting a pint.
Even when the second half kicked off I couldn't see a lot of empty seats. Then I obviously got way too engrossed in the match.
Can anyone help here? What was the attendance and were the shots utv showed a clear picture of what was really going on?

I have noticed loads of empty seats at games this season and for the Champions of England its pretty poor but I don’t think this is just a City thing. I think its a country wide problem and the rags are not immune to it even though they will have you think they are. They didn’t sell out vs Stoke and Braga and they are the biggest club in the whole wide world apparently.

However, last night's attendance whilst very decent should represent a warning to those fans and officials of the club who are seriously thinking we need to increase the capacity of Eastlands in the next season or two.
If we cannot sell out against a big name like Ajax in our 2nd season of Champions Lge football then what is going to happen if/when we ever improve in Europe and become top seeds and have group games against the likes that United have faced in recent seasons eg, Basle, Cluj, Romanian side last season etc. The answer is we will have even more empty seats at European matches on the evidence of our attendances at City in previous European campaigns.

Theres no point, paltry extra points. No chance of away tickets, you then pay for tickets in theuefa cup which is shiteand you can get tickets to the games u want to see on open sale.
Plus this is the biggest bollock by the club, they give tickets out for free whilst true supporters pay top whack!!!
