So bollox to the Oldham's, Northampton's, Tranmere's etc of this world then?
And what happens when the "B" teams finish top of their league. Do they get promoted so that they play in the same league as their "A" teams?
Sounds bollox to me Ross!

what happens when that occurs in Spain? Wouldn't be any different in my mind.

I don't know. What does happen in Spain if they finish top?

Just what has Marwood done that is so wrong?
Be specific, which particular starlets has he tried and failed to sign...names and evidence please.
If we criticise the tabloid rag press for this unsubstantiated shite then surely we should not offer unsubstantiated shite of our own for consideration.
Give us the evidence....none has ever been forthcoming in the past...Do you work for the Sun, Mirror, Mail, Daily Sport. Your post was on that tabloid rag level
Sorry mate...but you can't have it both ways.
Can you also be specific and define his actual role in the Academy. Not just his title but the job description...what he actually does? Ta mate.

haha I was just continuing my theme from the summer transfer window.
he is shit at closing deals....full stop.
I hope he does a cracking job in the academy role as when it came to signing players for Manchester City first team squad in the transfer window....he was an abject failure
Other than that I have no issues with him and I was being somewhat tongue in cheek

The standard is not good enough.

When it came to signing players for Manchester City 1st team squad in the transfer window, he was an abject failure.
Evidence offered that it was Marwood's fault...NONE.
Case dismissed.....NEXT!!!

i think its abit stupid to say “we actually get more calls about youth players than we do about Mario Balotelli”
why but a negative spotlight on balotelli?! i don't think our managing director of the academy should making jokes in the press about our players!
