While were talking about the minnows of football, did you see the news that the Mighty Gibraltar is trying to get approval from UEFA to try and qualify for Euro 2016??

It's all just land mass seperated by historical man-made boundries, natural geographical boarders or rivers, lakes and oceans.

I could name a list of countries deemed hopeless...just in europe...im sure there are a few all over the world...but..if results are improving..however slowly...i wouldnt cast them out...but those two yeah...possibly leichtenstein, luxembourg and malta

I'd chuck Estonia in alongside those 3, possibly Iceland, the Faroes and Wales, too. I think pretty much the worst 12 UEFA nations should fight it out for 4 places in the qualifiers, giving each group an even 5 teams, and each of the 12 teams a realistic chance of qualifying for the qualifiers.
