Maybe the FA just love Augero. Hes normally a model pro and a great advert for the English game. Or maybe like me.. they just saw that Luiz dived under his feet ;)

If the ref had blown when Luiz clearly threw his elbow into Aguero's chest the rest may not have happened.

It's fairly honest of the ref in reality to say he saw it, he could easily claim to have missed it which would be less of a problem for his career than seeing it and doing nothing

At first i thought this thread was a rude reference to the lads "Tackle"

Er .... pushing back , or Elbowing back is also a foul and could easily be seen as a red card offense. Elbow to the face for sxample , re Joey Barton. Sideshow Bob isn't a hardman , he's a coward, like Keane, Barton , Norman Hunter was.

That's why I didn't mention elbowing. Pushing with your shoulder or arse or even hands might get you a foul, but never a red card, at least not on this planet.

You are right about the cowards, tho. Elbowing in the face, targeting knees & ankles, stamping on players lying on the ground... all cowardly acts, which is why I don't want our players acting like that.

I realise it was a one-off from Aguero, I certainly can't remember any other similar incident involving him & have only heard good things from Spain. Same goes for diving, he's really one of the most sportsmanlike forwards in the game. With his talent & reputation & all the shit he has to cope with every game, that's no small feat. And I get it, he was frustrated & lost his cool, it happens to the best of us.
However, it was what it was, we were lucky he didn't walk for it & I'd rather not see it again.

Where does that leave the Agenda???? No wait. Silly me. If they don't ban Aguero we will be lulled into a false sense that all is well so the ref can award Wigan a last minute penalty in the final and our protests about The Agenda will look ridiculous, when in fact.......

I like that as well. Luiz is a shit bag who always gets away with it. What about his arm across Aguero's face earlier on or his cunt-bag antics when puling Aguero back?

Never mentioned so for me it's 'What goes on in the field, stays on the field'. For him to ask for an apology is a fucking joke. I'd have lamped him after the second offence.

He was there to spoil, he does it all the time, and I reckon Foy just thought 'Fuck you dickhead, Karma's a Bitch'.

This was the FAs show piece game, Foy was definately under instruction, and it worked.

Dear David

You may not be aware but that piss poor excuse for a human that you replaced at centre back (who is probably round your house banging your missus end to end while you're at training) might just be the most unpleasant individual to step on a football pitch since R*y K***e. However, despite this, you would not catch even him squealing like a stuck pig about getting clattered especially if he had been running round with his elbows out and generally acting like a snide tw*t all match.

In summary drink a pint of gravel, man up and count yourself lucky we sold De Jong who would have broken you in half with his wrinkly dog Kung Fu.

Best regards

it's really bad and embarrassing. You can't say it's not anything but a straight red if you are an honest football fan.

I'm glad we've got the rub of the green for a change i suppose in avoiding a ban, but karma is a bitch which means we'll get fucked over when we least deserve it.

Kun was a little edgy vs the filth last week as well for a bit. I'm glad he's got his temper flaring and he's up for it, but he needs to chillax a teeny bit. And keep scoring. :)

cheers

I would have likely done exactly the same as he did. It was rash, it was a loss of temper and it could have cost us.

But it didn't...so I couldn't care less.

No a shoulder to shoulder 'charge' is not a foul.

Keeping your arms outstretched and pushing off other players as Rip van A is want to do is an offensive foul.

Using your *rse to block a guy is obstruction. a foul. So when two guys are running for a ball and one puts his body in the way of the other it is obstruction if he doesn't have possession of the ball. Especially if the blocker has no intention of playing the ball.

I think Foy secretly was please ssb got what was coming to him.

Or rather this is finally a bit of positive karma to balance out all the negativity that we've faced? I think we've already been fucked over plenty.

Exactly. I don't get why this is embarrasing for anyone either. The lad gets wound up having been elbowed and body checked all game and he eventually snaps, everyone has their breaking point, stop being so precious.

Maybe next time Luiz is about to elbow Sergio, he'll think twice about it. It doesn't excuse it, but if he was pulling my shirt, kicking my ankles and then tried a blatant elbow on me then I think I'd have snapped too.

I find it difficult to criticise our striker when Luis had been after him all game. when Luis decided to Lunge at him , when closer to the ball, with his elbow in Kuns chest, both collided and for me Kun showed remarkable balance and determination to attempt to stay on his two feet. Unfortunately he landed on his two feet on the overturned and bent double body of the out of control and crazed defender that David Luis is.

Kuns landing can't be seen in isolation from the overall incident. Sideshow bobs Elbow to Kuns body brought about the rest of the actions and reactions. If ssb hadn't used his elbow Kun would have been first to the ball.

Unlike Rooney's viscious and unnecessary lung at Jimmy or Torres's deliberate rake on Kun , Kun was not the initiator of an attack on a player.

Exactly this, ffs!
If there's a quite man that's Kun.
I wouldn't go as far as to patronize self-justice but I think our man deserves our convinced and unlimited support on just an isolated drop of class, having been severely wound up for all the match.
Luiz is a sycophant tug and can f**k off big time.

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...
