That's the thing, Mancini might be the last "manager" in traditional sense we will have. It's Beguiristain and the boys that will do the shopping. We will have head coach from now on. Some fucking puppet to set up the tactics and smoke cigar on sideline.

You wanna apply jointly for it? We'll do the good cop bad cop routine and they won't know what hit them. Also, we can buy Lahm and bench him.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

That's the thing, I don't think they'd deliver Lahm to me. I would lock him to CoMS basement and whip him daily.

Otherwise I'm up for it.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

All that behind-the-scenes stuff bores the living shit out of me. I know Ted and some others bum the minutiae but I can't even be arsed trying to wrap my head around it.

This thread is fantastic. Make it into a sticky so that everyone can be sure to enjoy all the action.

where in all of the speculation over Lewandowski's future did you hear that he wanted to
go to City? seriously, where? All ive heard is United or Bayern. fuck off.

Hang on you boring fuckwit, you said he doesn't want to come to city. Then your reasoning behind your bullshit statement was that it wasn't speculated that he wanted to join city.

If you understood the way speculation is about the club you supposedly support, you'd know that every player wants to leave and no player wants to join.

So you fuck off and stick to basketball or whatever other shite you watch. You're not a city fan you're a cockhead with a slight passing interest who seems to pass snide remarks about the club I love at every opportunity.

Do one you cunt.

We should get Alex McCarthy if Pants leaves. Everytime I have seen he has been impressive. He was immense against Liverpool and has been great against us so far. He is also fairly young and is English. Would be a great under-study to Hart.

So by Lew saying: I want to go to United or Bayern. That means he wants to go to City? Whoa, I didnt know that.

Could you imagine, Tevez signing a contract and suddenly Mancini pops up as manager I'll put money on that one of them won't be going to Monaco

Hang on there you plastic cunt, I never said he stated he specifically wants to come here.

It was you and your usual derogatory bollox that said he definitely doesn't want to come here.

I'm not sure how it works in basketball but once negotiations start for transfers in football, anything can happen.

That's why we have silva, tevez, aguero and toure. Who all were never coming to us according to the propaganda machine that you believe to be the bible.

Maybe you aren't a total rag bellend, but you're putting on a fine show with your "passing interest" on God's Own.

I heard this at Wembley via someone who once worked for the club and has very recently left and is not Italian.

We should hold Costel to his contract but put him out on loan to a premiership side (newly promoted?) to get the exposure and experience he needs - as we did with Joe when Shay was with us.
Can't sell him while the juries out on who's the better of the 2 stoppers, would keep him if he gets the game-time and will, in any event, sell him for more if he proves himself in regular play.

IMHO it's a no brainer really.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

get in!!

as an aside, when i was in naples last year just before our CL fixture (and took a lot of shit for the discrete MCFC hoodie i was wearing), i saw how much they absolutely adore cavani. we're talking near-maradonna levels of idol worship.
