I really hope we're not paying anywhere near the higher estimates being given in some media sources. I'm glad the club are buying players early this summer, but the price tags we are rumoured to be paying are still too high, especially as it looks like we've paid more for Navas than what Sevilla were willing to accept.

at the end of the day...most of the press want to overexaggerate what we pay to a) make us look like cunts and b) have a stick to beat any players who don't immediately look the business in the PL
the selling club have zero incentive to correct any "overstatements" as a high price quoted makes them look like they have "driven a good bargain" and not been mugged by either player or purchasing club
City, as per, say fuck all which is the right course of action. The fact that some of you cannot see any of the above and buy into the bullshit and moan that we've been "had" is pretty laughable

it's amazing isn't it?
Football365.com is reporting Lil Fernand at 22M and Navas at 17M. Why not get a boner and think we've done good business at those prices, which is the case.
cheers, fuckers.
