How many people have died from taking steroids and how many people have died from the drugs you've mentioned? FYI taking anabolic steroids is legal.
Whether you're putting an anabolic steroid in to your body for whatever use, the actual substance going in your body doesn't change because you're using it for aesthetics. If you know what you're doing then you will be okay.
All drugs have side affects even from the mundane like paracetamol to the ridiculous like heroin. Toxin levels from taking any drugs increase over time and with steroids the long term affects are increases of artery blockages, heart disease, liver failure - mostly never related to the drugs use because its generally further down the line when older - to say they don't is self denial at best.
And all drugs are fairly safe in the short term if you know what your doing with them, not many people die from correctly prescribed ketamine, or even pure MDNA but more people suffer death or reductions quality of life due to overuse of paracetamol or codeine - accepted safe drugs. In fact you can OD on vitamins and the increases of toxicity in the body from any over use or misuse of drugs has always a negative affect on the Liver through failure or scaring.
So when you are on a course of prescribed medicine for long periods of time you should have regular blood checks to ensure your internal organs aren't getting (too) damaged, i presume you often have your bloods checked considering you know how to use them?
I don't know anyone that has died from either ket, Mdna, chemo, paracetamol or codeine but i know one person that needed his legs amputated through steroid use, attributed in part to the injections and also to the blockages in blood flow attributed to increased cholesterol which is another nonexistent side effect.
As i say, do what you need to do it really doesn't bother me and if you know what the craic is then good on ya, I have with other shit but i learnt the risks and knew them and didn't preach their virtues without warnings of their risks. just dont pretend they're like drinking water because it isn't.
Ps - my general experience is that not everyone is as learned or dedicated to doing thing right and generally will fuck things up.
