It's been a long closed season, especially with our signings coming in early, but we're now here and I'm really looking forward to the upcoming season starting with Hughes trip to the Dippers. I hear he's one of the favourites to be sacked and for Stoke to go down, let's see how he sets up.

So who to go for Whinging asbo FC v Jugheads? Apart from Hughes I've always had a soft spot for the boys from the Britannia going back to the early 70s (boys from the Victoria as it was then ) so happy to see LFC drop points and babbling Owen shut up.

Stoke plays a lot calmer than any of Hughes's teams did, including us. Their build-up is not as straight as for example ours was during Sparky. I have no idea if this is a temporary thing though. Just a casual observation.
