Hull were magnificent at the beginning of the 2008-2009 season and then just crumbled. This is exactly why you don't want to go to the newly promoted's home arena in their first home match EVER in the premier league. It's just a bad combination. The team and the crowd was sparkling with energy and with that energy they made up all the difference in quality. That magic will fade. Most definitely. But it was predictable that it was going to be in full function today.
I blame David Moyes. Rigged fixtures.
Very true mate, one good thing is that it's the second game of the season - gives Pellers plenty of time to sort the shit defending and the window's still open.
Welcome to the Premier League Pellers.
Indeed.
I was afraid that the money was going to become as an obvious factor as it is in the SPL or Spanish league this year but luckily, the PL still works its magic. Nothing is for free in this league. I love it, although not today.
