As for German football, the amount of government money they get for stadiums etc may help with their ticket prices and somehow that's legitimate as far as FFP goes.

My mate at work who is a Liverpool fan and has just shown me an email he received from the sports and social club at work offering him tickets the Civy v Bayern for £25, what the fuck is going on. I'm a st holder and on the uefa scheme and my ticket cost me £43 and my lads ticket cost me £20 and he is 3 years old. Total fucking bullshit, im furious.

How can you blame ffp when ticket prices in the premier league have been a rip off for years, before there was a whiff of ffp. Sounds like bolloxs to charge fans more. Blame Platini, the need to maximise revenue streams for FFP calculations is clear. Same goes for your argument 103. Bigger capacity = bigger average gate = more revenue even if crowds varied in the currently sold out games and it was rarely full, and the expense of building it would be discounted for ffp too.

This is a point more people need to realise instead of worrying whether some rag cunt will goad them about empty seats.

Barca have tens of thousands of empty seats most weeks, & in fact had a lower average than the rags last season in spite of a 99,000 capacity.

As far as I'm aware away allocations are based on maximum capacity - so a bigger ground for us means more tickets sold to the opposition. Against someone like Wigan it obviously wouldn't make any difference but against a club with a large following it means more people at the ground already.
