There was a useful one against QPR as well.
I think the problem is when he tries to be clever. Only one in about 40 finds its precise target, but when it does, it goes in.
The rags just did it to Arsenal. They are better at it & it has often been the biggest difference to getting a goal in front in a game & a key area which has won them the league on several occasions imo.
The rags' crosses and corner taking over the years has been a huge reason for their success. Earlier this season they seemed to be trying to play more through the middle and it is a another factor in why they struggled.
Was thinking just the same. How many times over the years have they won games against better footballing sides like they did on Sunday from a goal off a corner ? Rags barely created another chance the whole game.
