It's a complete n utter joke I could rant on and on but the way I look at it is this club no longer wants real fans and real singing they want people who go and buy there £7 pies and £3 cokes. And everybody is aware of each time the club emails out a survey it's all about food n drink. Us lads have been season ticket holders since main rd we are all talking about walking away for good. Must of bdn, because i could see that majority of South stand where standing. So if only 6 got thrown out, it must have been for something other than standing.

the arguments are always the same
bell end steward - sit down
bell end fan - fuck off, i'm not fucking sitting down
bell end steward - SIT DOWN
bell end fan to his mates - who does this fucking clown think he is telling me what to do?
bell end steward - SIT DOWN OR I'M CALLING THE POLICE OVER
bell end fan - fucking do one prick
police come over and escort fan out whilst his mates moan that he wasn't doing anything...

Are you a bell end because you wont sit down?
They've been trying to sit fans down since we moved into The Etihad. It is not working. If it was a horse and it was called "sit down" and it kept losing when would you stop backing it?
I know fans of other clubs and they don't get the same hassle we do. The club need to address the problem and turning loyal fans against them is not the solution. 109, 110, 111 want to stand and they will not stop it.
Grimble101 wrote:Clearly think you know every situation between stewards and fans fuck me are you paid to talk utter shite!! We was ejected without warning due to show sec filming fans from pitch side as we are season ticket holders and not one game wonders in that block that night they would be pissing in the wind throwing paper ticket fans out but we are there every home game the blame lies with us. So that fucks your bell end story up or you clearly think you know everything. Look in the mirror you purple helmet
Grimble101 wrote:I'm not saying we are different I'm saying what one steward said. As for the filming again steward said we were main ones throughout the first half how i dont know when we are in the middle of a block with hundreds around us standing one guy next to me is over 50 and as quiet as a mouse we the others are all over 30 and are not idiots or confrontational at all. The club are unwilling to discuss this when I called they are writing to us involved that's where at. I'm not posting on here to get into arguments.

It was the Plzen game which I refer to and because a whole load of day trippers attended the game then Showsec tried to seize power in making everyone sitting down. To see fellow fans saying that I must have been being a 'bellend' is an absolute joke. I did nothing wrong other than get involved in trying to raise the terrible atmosphere. City as a club are turning into a joke it's no longer about fans and all about money. Why pepper our emails and Facebook with messages asking us to raise the roof as they did for both the Derby and Bayern Munich, but then penalise us for doing so.
Stephen McGrath who is the point of contact for stadium ejection responds to your initial email with a generic email and goes no further in replying to any response you have for him.
I'm now banned for three games missing Swansea (gone), Arsenal and Liverpool. Top games to get banned for ey!
It cannot be one rule for one set of fans and another rule for others. And that's why I chose to stand and do stand week in week out. Without fans who are sat in my block the atmosphere would be even worse. South stand cannot claim to be the backbone of the atmosphere as us in 109,110 & 111 are the ones who start bantering with the south stand because they sing f*** all.

Guess what, if you would have sat down you would be going to the game on Saturday and on boxing day. It's an all seater stadium we have to accept it. I prefer standing but it's tough shit because were meant to sit. It's not worth missing matches over. You can sing whilst sitting, i do it and get my lad singing also.
