But the chances of the rags actually doing that are failrly small. Improvement by the rags? Quite possibly. Sudden change to being that good ? Very unlikely. If we lose this, it will almost certainly be because we make a dog's arse of it Play properly, we win.

They will raise their game and I wouldn't be talking about arsenal just yet. One game at a time, any suggestions or idea we should take this lightly is seriously foolish.

And that's my worry now the shoe seems to be on the other foot. United are coming into this game on the up after 2 successive wins, and decent ones if I may say. They weren't the greatest opponents but they still beat them both 3-0.
Then there's the Gollum thing. We beat them soundly last time but that was when he was bedding in and I can now see him playing like the Toffees of old, playing like the away team.
I'm confident that we can win this, and win it resoundingly, but I still get that feeling that it could all go wrong. My worst fear is that we get a player sent off early just to even things up, even if it's not warranted.

I would prefer a barnstorming 6-5 win to put he scouse red back in their box. Now they are top scorers you would think they have already won the league. Even Glen Johnson is chirping in with everyone wants liverpool to win it.
