Not one other young player in Europe you can think of valued more? Not one? Okay then.

it wasn't me i was referring to genius, it was some fucking study conducted by whomever confuckingducted it. I'm sure you saw the link and article here in fact, as most of us did.

Here's a link to an article referencing it.

My basic point is that what we paid for him is all relative to his value, and he's a very valuable commodity, so i don't have any issue with paying 45M for Sterling.

Do you disagree with that, dearest Slim?

cheers

what's pointless about it more than any other bullshit self-serving poll or survey? We paid for him. He's valuable.

So why not just answer my question....are you bothered by the amount we paid for Sterling?

cheers

How the f would SSN know? (Criticising SSN rather than you by the way) it's not like they are close confidants.

To be fair, every man and his dog knows we are in for him but shit happens. I know it's a yawn but from my pov we're still there but a team like Wolfsburg will be looking at it to get the best for them; and the Germans are canny bastards. And if we're willing to pay .............

I'm still waiting to give the chairs a nod ;-)

There's been a lot posturing from Wolfsburg about this transfer. If it doesn't come off and they then sell KDB to Bayern next summer, I'd just give up on German football if I was a fan of any other club than Bayern.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

They'll probably sell him to Bayern next summer for like 28m after he comes back down to earth from the letdown of not being allowed to leave. The g14 mafia knows how this game works and they and Madrid and barca are chief cunts in games like these.

Whatever.

It is what it is yes, but the gall of Bayern to say that they want the league competetive and then pick apart Dortmund (when for example Rumenigge spoke about how he did not want for the league to turn into a one team show and then Bayern took Götze) and now coming out with that again (via Robben) when they're probably bound to buy KBD next summer is... well you know.

If you want to rule the league, do it. Dont be a hypocrite about it.

Senior City executive denies to the Mirror we've made a new 50 million bid for de Bruyne. Paper also claims Wolfsburg are holding out for 57 million pounds or 80 million euros.

And now word is Barca and Real Madrid may be in for him as well.

Le sigh...

57 million for one great season. Even Sterling at least showed class over two seasons (I know he had poor form after the contract dispute arose).

I still hope we get him. If not, that's how it goes.
