The rules at the moment are so muddy and open to interpretation that refs and pundits always have a legit excuse for benefitting the Sky 4.
The lad was dropping his arm after the initial jump but then raised it again as the Hammers player headed the ball. McPointy tried to give the excuse that the header was going nowhere, not on goal, but when has that had anything to do with it.
You're righht though, they certainly get the breaks, just as the Rags did with 2 offside goals to cheat another lower league side.
