Why did the filth play last night?

Problems with their Champions Cup fixtures?

Just their annually televised FA cup run. The BBC have shifted them to the Friday night slot when everyone is out so that people can watch the entertaining teams on Saturday and Sunday.

That was a horrible thing to see. They've sent him to hospital, apparently he has a concussion. Wish him a speedy recovery

I love that they lose a few then win one, they don't know if to stick or twist..this is perfect..I actually wouldn't mind them reaching the semis then imploding..
If we could conduct this, I think the perfect scenario....even win the next league game...then lose a couple...lose again, win one......oh how fun!

You know what would be funnier?
If they just kept on losing and got relegated. Not likely but one can dream right?

I don't think I get this handball thing. I always thought that if your arm was in an unnatural position and the ball hits the arm then it's a penalty?

The lad was dropping his arm after the initial jump but then raised it again as the Hammers player headed the ball. McPointy tried to give the excuse that the header was going nowhere, not on goal, but when has that had anything to do with it.

You're righht though, they certainly get the breaks, just as the Rags did with 2 offside goals to cheat another lower league side.

Deliberate back pass goes unpunished, then on the break the West Ham player is cynically taken down on the break down the wing. He gets away without a booking.
I've noticed in a lot of Liverpool games, that they get away with fouling persistently. Certainly more than we would anyway.

Yeah, but PGMOL has 79 refs in employment. So even if one that isn't in the Select Group was chosen, chances are that it would still be a PGMOL ref.
