Wilshere is the only half decent example relative to Sancho in your list.

Rooney joined the Everton youth team at the age of 9, and made his professional debut for the club in 2002 at the age of 16.
James Milner made his Premier League debut as a 16-year-old in November 2002
Matthew Briggs, Fulham aged 16

When you act like a condescending PRAT you end up being called one.
I have even jotted down some TOP TEAMS so you can gawk at the 16 year olds who made their debuts.
Now then , if you think the following are not TOP teams then I have nothing esle to say to you :
Inter Milan
AC Milan
Real Madrid
B. Dortmund
Barcelona
Ajax
Scum
Bindippers.
All clubs mentioned have had 16 year olds make their debuts.
Prat.!

Apart from Wilshire ( and maybe Donnarumma) they're shit examples, as they're either so long ago they're irrelevant to this discussion or they're players that were given a token appearance.
Bottom line is it is unrealistic to have expected Sancho to get minutes when he was here.
If we're going to criticise the club then it should be aimed at what went before Sancho, the lack of youth getting minutes under Pellegrini, not how Sancho was handled personally.
Hutch's Shoulder wrote:Those 16 year old successes are atypical examples, exceptional players. Most 16 year olds think they deserve to be in first team, but don't. If Sancho proves he should have been, then fair enough, but still to be done. If he was, he would not have won us any trophies until maybe 2022, so no use worrying about him really, he's gone, move on.

"We did with Brahim everything we have done with Phil (Foden) and with Jadon - important players and we did absolutely everything. The only one who decides to stay is Phil."
